Customer Portal

Our customer results portal gives a simple, safe, and secure reporting portal for customers to view the status of samples, retrieve results, and generate statistical data.

The portal will only allow the registered user with the correct password to access the system and view your data. The portal will act as a digital repository for your sample reports and will allow the client to do a number of different things, which include (but are not limited to):

• Identify when a sample has arrived at the laboratory
• Confirm the sample status is, i.e. ‘in-progress’ or ‘completed’
• Quick overview of samples
• Sort and search for specific criteria i.e. sample number, donor name, date, etc.
• Print/save/view detailed sample reports
• Generate summary sample reports
• Generate KPI information
