The scheduled callout can be ordered using our dedicated email or through our dedicated call centre (available 24/7/365) and using your customer PIN.
We require a minimum of 3 days’ notice and guarantee our response anywhere in the UK and Ireland (with any outlying areas, isles, or islands on request).
The scheduled callout can include a combination of alcohol breath tests, POCT drug test and sample collection for laboratory analysis. We can collect urine, hair and oral fluid laboratory samples.
