Europortal mobile app launched | Training sessions available
The new Europortal mobile app is now live, providing a quicker, more convenient way to manage water hygiene sampling on the move. Users can book samples, submit information on site, access offline ordering and monitor sample status across locations.
Online training sessions are available throughout December and January, offering a short walkthrough of key features and how the app works alongside the desktop platform. Open to all customers involved in sampling or water hygiene compliance.

As we approach the festive period, please ensure all sampling, courier collections and submissions are planned in line with our Christmas and new year opening hours.
Seasonal closures and reduced schedules may affect turnaround times; planning helps avoid delays and protect sample integrity.

Legionella | Eurofins presenting at WMSoc webinar
Eurofins Water Hygiene Testing UK will be sponsoring and presenting at the WMSoc webinar “From Sample to Result: The Complete Laboratory Workflow for Legionella Testing” on Friday 30 January 2026 at 13:00.
