Meet the Team | Jonathan Hiscoke – Key Accounts Manager

 Jonathan Hiscoke (Jon) is one of our Key Account Managers at Eurofins Water Hygiene Testing UK Ltd., bringing over a decade of customer-focused experience across the laboratory services sector. His background spans customer service management, regional operations and business development, giving him a well-rounded understanding of client needs and service delivery.

Jonathan joined Eurofins Water Hygiene Testing UK in 2018 as a Business Development Manager, where he built strong relationships and helped clients access testing solutions that supported their operational goals. This early experience helped shape his approach to long-term partnerships and continues to guide his work today.

He became a Key Account Manager in 2022 and now supports several of our major national accounts. Jonathan has been closely involved in onboarding new clients during key growth phases, ensuring a smooth transition and maintaining the high service standards associated with Eurofins Water Hygiene Testing UK. His practical, steady approach helps clients navigate complex requirements with confidence.

Jonathan also leads a small team, working with them to provide a consistent and responsive service for customers across the UK. His earlier roles in supervisory and regional service positions gave him valuable insight into effective service delivery, team coordination and workflow optimisation.

Jonathan is committed to building reliable partnerships and supporting clients in maintaining strong, effective water hygiene testing programmes. He is a valued member of the Eurofins Water Hygiene Testing UK team.
