Aberdeen water drop-off still temporarily closed due to snow
Wednesday 7 January
Adverse weather across the north of Scotland has resulted in the temporary closure of the Aberdeen water drop-off location, as it is currently unsafe for our drivers to make collections.
Collections from other water drop-off locations, including Dundee and Inverness, continue as normal at this time.
We will continue to monitor the weather closely and hope to resume collections from all locations on Thursday 8 January, but cannot at this time guarantee it.
Please check this webpage for the most up-to-date information before setting off to a water drop-off location. Thank you for your understanding.

During periods of adverse weather, access to some water sample drop-off locations and courier routes may be temporarily disrupted. Severe conditions can affect transport networks and site accessibility, which may result in short-notice changes to sample submission arrangements.
Where disruption is anticipated, we will issue email updates to keep customers informed and support effective planning. We recommend monitoring email communications from Eurofins Water Hygiene Testing UK, particularly during winter months, and allowing additional contingency where possible.
If you have any questions about sample submission or the availability of specific water drop-off locations during periods of severe weather, please contact our team for guidance.
