PASS launches new food complaints service
Public Analyst Scientific Services has launched a new service for manufacturers, retailers and enforcement authorities to investigate food faults from consumers and manufacturers. PASS can analyse Foreign Objects, Taints and "off-flavours", Authenticity and Quality of food. They can also provide expert opinion on composition and safety in customised reports.
