New shelf-life testing & guidance | Determining shelf-life with confidence

We recently launched our new determining shelf-life guidance to help customers understand how product shelf-life is determined. Yersinia enterocolitica | Microbiology testing

Yersinia enterocolitica is a foodborne bacterial pathogen able to grow at refrigerated temperatures and cause gastroenteritis. Our Grimsby laboratory offers Yersinia enterocolitica microbiological testing for foods.

Food safety technical day | Successful complimentary event

We recently hosted a Food Safety Technical Day, bringing together industry professionals for a full day of expert insight, practical workshops and regulatory guidance.

Topics included shelf-life determination, microbiological risk assessment, cooking validation, challenge testing and horizon scanning. The event received excellent feedback from attendees, highlighting the value of science-led discussion and hands-on learning.
