Monitoring arsenic and heavy metals risks in global supply chains
Recent intelligence from the FSA, highlighted in Issue 19 of our Food Risk Insights, outlines upcoming targeted surveillance on products from Thailand, Myanmar and Vietnam due to concerns about heavy metal pollution in the Mekong river. Eurofins Food Testing UK, in collaboration with our Eurofins competence centres, provides comprehensive inorganic arsenic speciation and multi element metals analysis to help you assess risk and ensure compliance with UK and EU regulatory limits.
