To ensure continuity of service and protect sample integrity during the festive period, we kindly ask all customers to plan their sampling and submissions in advance. Due to seasonal closures and reduced collection schedules, it is especially important to adhere to the deadlines below to avoid delays or compromised results.

Please note that due to opening times over Christmas, it may not be possible to test all shelf- life samples due on December 25th and 26th of December and 1st and 2nd of January. In all cases we will communicate any alterations to test date and ensure that these are tested within 24 hours of the due date. For more information, please contact our customer services team

Any requests for collections during “On Request” dates must be made by 19th December as we will not be able to accommodate requests made after this date. We would also like to remind you that any scheduled collections that are not cancelled with our logistics team at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled date and time will incur a supplementary cancellation charge if there are no samples available to collect

Please also note that the last date for submission of samples which require subcontracted testing to our Eurofins European network of laboratories is Wednesday 17th December

Minimal Manning urgent samples only* - samples on these days must be booked in prior. The cut-off date to book samples in is Friday 12th December 2025. Please email us to book samples in

We will endeavour to test all samples within stability, however if submitted past cut-off dates, samples will be stored until they can be processed which may impact stability
