Conference on Food Safety, Quality and Authenticity in the Global Supply Chain
The challenges facing retailers and suppliers with regard to food safety, quality and authenticity when sourcing from overseas markets is the subject of the first conference to be held by leading food testing group, Eurofins UK.
Key note speaker at the event, to be held on 30 March 2011 in Birmingham, will be Breda Mitchell, Tesco’s International Trading Law and Technical Director who will share her experience in managing food safety as an international retailer. Subjects covered:
