Microbiologist/ Analytical Service Manager -Acton

We are looking for a Microbiologist/ASM to join our food microbiology team in Action.  Key duties include:- 
  • Reporting of analytical results to key accounts accurately and on time
  • Provision of technical advice to clients and dealing with clients’ queries
  • Analysis of food samples
  • Confirmation of analytical results as required
  • Adhering to documented procedures for all aspects of laboratory work
  • Approval and Inputting of results data on to Lims systems
  • Familiarity with the contents of the Laboratory Quality Manual
  • Working in a clean and tidy manner with due attention to the careful maintenance of all laboratory fittings and equipment
  • Advising Laboratory Manager without delay of any anomalies in analytical results or results outside acceptable limits

  •  Supervision of Micro Technicians and Microbiologists

         To be successful in this role you will have experience of working in a laboratory and a technical qualification in Microbiology or food chemistry
