CST Scientist

The position of CST Scientist is working as part of the Commercial Sampling Team based at Otterbourne, Hampshire and reporting directly to the Senior Scientist.
The main purpose of this position is to ensure a first class service is provided to our external customer base to ensure our client base is maintained and thereby ensuring our external income targets are achieved.
The role requires the ability to deal with external customer issues to specified QA standards. An ability to interpret customer needs to ensure correct analysis is carried out and reported back in a timely fashion. Excellent communication skills, flexibility and strong teamworking abilities are important.
